Hongji (Suzhou) Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (commonly referred to as Suzhou Hongji) is a prominent automotive parts manufacturer in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. Strategically located at No. 9 Xiaohechuan Road, Yuewang High-tech Zone, this state-of-the-art facility was opened on November 23, 2018, with a substantial investment of 750 million yuan.

Occupying an expansive area of 46.79 mu (approximately 335,762 square feet), this factory boasts a total construction area of approximately 398,265 square feet. This facility includes various buildings, such as office spaces, research and development facilities, and production units.

The facility was projected to yield an annual output of 2.5 billion auto parts and accessories and 1,000 tooling sets.

• The heat treatment Taicang factory currently has three lines, with a monthly production capacity of 1,100 tons. We are now preparing to purchase a new Line 7, which is expected to be in place in June 2024. The monthly production capacity of the four furnaces can reach 1,700 tons. As with all other innovative procedures, the heat treatment processing technologies are automatically adjusted and controlled by computer and PLC. All relative production data is automatically noted and saved by the computer. This facility meets all of the strict requirements of the Standard CQI 9.
• There are currently three zinc aluminum coating lines. If the business operates 24/7, it can produce up to 1,200 tons per month.
• 14 laser screening equipment, automatically sorting the dimension, angle, and thread of the screw and nut. The test dimensions range from 3.5mm to 16 mm long, from 8 mm to 80 mm. The nut dimension is from M3 to M30.
